It was clean, comfortable and the host included little luxuries, including tea, coffee, milk and cake in the kitchen area plus shampoo, shower gel and soap for the bathroom. The location is right on the green in Linton opposite the pub, very handy if you’re eating out. Easy walk into Grassington over Linton Falls.
We liked it all!

Everything!! What’s not to like? We were originally supposed to be in Studio 3, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we changed to Studio 2. From the moment myself and my husband walked through the door it felt like a home away from home. My first word was “WOW”, it’s so beautiful and the self contained kitchen has everything you need. The property is amazing, clean and most importantly everything works. The bed linen and towels were of a top quality, I could go on and on…..but most importantly what I would say is this, I would one million percent recommend this property to come and stay at, from the location to the accommodation, everything was perfect.
Not one thing I didn’t like.

The location is great and the room does have a small kitchen area should you wish to do some low level self catering at the premises, which we didnt do.
The post code and booking.com directions take you to the farm at the top of the road, which isnt the premises location. There is no light on the sign of the premises, so it took a little lookinga round to find the property. On first inspection it looks ok, modern decor and so on, but shortly after you realise how dirty, dusty and tired the place is. The curtains are hanging off of their hooks, which allow light in above the curtains, the carpet has dark patches and stains on it, the toilet has a rotten skirting board and mould around the sealant along with a horrible smell from the drains. There was a piece of hard chewed up chewing gum left on the bedside table, the lamp at the sid eof the bed flashes, so couldnt be used and th eceiling lights have been replaced from those in the picture with lights which look like antler horns, for which the pointy end of the horns are at eye level. Thankfully I hit myself square on the forehead and not in the eye when I got up during the night. The mattress was very lumpy and on inspection was also very dirty/stained, so obviously has been there for a long time.

Everything was great, clean and comfortable
The water from the flat above runs down behind the headboard of the bed so every time they shower or use the bathroom it sounds like a waterfall behind your head if lying in bed. Quite annoying. Maybe a bit of insulation might help. You also hear lots of noise from above too in general. One bulb out in seating area, hold back of curtain not in wall and curtains could be hung better as curtain tape sagging making it look a mess. Just small things really but easy to sort out to make the place perfect.

Everything, we had a lovely warm welcome on arrival from Leigh-Anne . The building and the location are stunning. It really is the most beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a lot).. the room was really tastefully decorated, the bed was so comfortable with sumptuous bedding. There were 2 large armchairs to relax in. Honestly we can’t praise The Rectory Rooms enough and with a lovely Pub/restaurant a 30 second walk away over a lovely stone bridge and gorgeous Grassington a mile and a half walk away, it really was the perfect stay.. The chocolate cake on arrival was really thoughtful too.. we are Looking forward to returning in the future. Vicky and Chris

The location was excellent for our walking needs. Parking on site , also bus stop just over the road (which we used to go into Skipton) . Studio was very equipped and was very clean. Bed was lovely and comfy. Lots of space to store clothes etc . The bathroom was small but perfectly acceptable , clean and had a great shower. Loved the fact it was over the stream from a lovely pub serving food as well as drink.

Beautiful location by river. Well equipped, comfy studio. Lots of hot water. Basic starter pack provided. Pleasant cosy decor
We were there mid June. V warm and long evenings but the studio is virtually pitch black even in daytime due to one window. Would be ok in winter but bit claustrophobic in summer. Also window is in owner's (?) garden so have to have curtains shut when changing etc. plumbing/ drains etc from room above very noisy

Lovely location and great property. Milk, tea, coffee and cake supplied. Plenty of parking
Bed comfy but mattress too small for base. Kept banging my knee on bed base and my head on light fitting (only 6' tall). 2 quite big steps down to bathroom. Toiletries supplied but no shower gel.

Perfect location - easy walk to the pub or into Grassington
Very well- equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the essentials.
Lemon Cake and milk in the fridge are a lovely touch.
Beautifully furnished accommodation
Mattress a little soft but that’s only because we have a firm one at home

Lovely location in the village. Very nice decor. Comfortable beds. Loved looking out over the well maintained gardens. Had all we needed for a very relaxing stay and for the small amount of cooking we did. Good position across the road from the pub and nice walks nearby. Cake, milk etc was nice to have on arrival. Really lovely accommodation we would be happy to return to or recommend to others.
Nothing we didn't like.. But a couple of things would have been helpful. 1. A frying pan would have been handy (I took my own as I knew what I was cooking the only night we cooked). 2. Shower heat was also quite difficult to control.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It had a dressing table/desk, a living area with armchairs and a coffee table, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom. There was also a large wardrobe and a separate storage room. All essential supplies were provided, and the host kindly bought us a cake and some milk. I really enjoyed my stay, especially being able to cook a few meals in the room without having to go out. There was also a lovely view of the garden. The location was excellent, with plenty of parking available.
Just a couple of small points: the showerhead could benefit from an update, as most of the water was coming out from one side and it was fixed—I personally would have preferred a detachable one. Also, we were on the ground floor and could occasionally hear footsteps from the guests above, so a bit of soundproofing might make the stay even more comfortable.

Leigh-Anne was so welcoming. Studio 3 is cosy and spacious at the same time providing a great quality apartment maintained to high standards. Very warm and comfortable stay. The viewing into the garden was peaceful and pretty. It's our second time staying at The Rectory and will be back again. Very much recommend it.

The location is conveniently located near other smalk villages in the park. It was easy for us to travel between attractions.
Sounds traveled easily through from our studio 3 to studio 2 upstairs. The first night we arrived a couple was staying upstairs. Things a got a bit awkward when we could hear them making out upstairs. Luckily they left the next morning and noone moved in while we were there.

Most comfy bed I’ve slept in, great shower, 5 mins from a great dining pub.
Ended up in wrong room as arrived in dark and no number on door but key available. Bathroom drain a bit smelly and cooker didn’t work. Our correct room probably had no smells and working cooker to be fair.

Location, tea and coffee, basic cooking facilities as self catered. Comfortable bed and space.
Drive instructions to Laura Lane good, but should add drive 1 mile to Linton, then etc.... should reception cut out. (Sat nav responded to same address as The Rectory Rooms). Another hook in the bathroom for towels would be appreciated. Clarify that the water temp is set for shower, and for panel heating. Suggest include local places to eat, or drink.

The property was warm, cozy and well equipped. Was an amazing location with brilliant access to so many hot-spots across Yorkshire.
We had a problem with the hot water while staying - however after notifying host she went above and beyond to sort out our problem and gave us great service in providing another solution to the issue.

I loved the location. It is very picturesque and quiet. The studio was spotlessly clean, modern and bright. The bed was really comfortable. A lovely cake on arrival as well as milk, tea and coffee.

Sound travels between the apartments.

The location is fabulous. Linton is so pretty. The walk through to Grassington is short via picturesque falls.
The accommodation is opposite the beck, and has a large car park for guests.
The storage facilities in the room are good.
The room is a good size and the bathroom is nice.
This studio has the potential to be amazing.
The room wasn't very clean. The floor needed to be mopped as it was dirty. Some of the crockery was dirty on arrival.
The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was far too soft for me but also very lumpy.
Some of the room fittings were damaged (a light fitting etc).
The microwave oven is very low down, which made it very hard to use. Head height would be much better.
The room has too much furniture crammed in of too many different styles. I would have got rid of the bar stools and floor lamp and wall mirror as they made it feel cluttered. Too many clashing patterns in the room. Cottage style curtains, art deco mirror, feather wallpaper. Please choose one style.
