About this cottage rental
Superb stone-built cottage at the heart of Grassington. Completely renovated to an exceptionally high standard in 2017 providing well-equipped, cosy accommodation, lovely garden and private parking.
Our well appointed cottage is Tucked Away in the heart of Grassington village, just off the bustling main street but seconds away from the picturesque cobbled square.
Finished to a high standard throughout, this cottage offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation for up to four people and utilises a combination of modern furnishings and original features. There is central heating throughout and wi-fi. The sitting room boasts exposed beams, wooden flooring and a multi-fuel stove. Bedroom 1 features a handmade kingsize sleigh bed and Bedroom 2 offers the option of two single beds or a super kingsize bed. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet and handbasin. Downstairs there is cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin. The garden provides an excellent spot for al fresco dining and private parking is located right outside the cottage.
Amenities: Gas central heating and multi-fuel stove. Electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, smart TV and wi-fi, washing machine. A freezer is available if needed - located in the outbuilding.
Bed linen and towels provided. Private parking with space for 2 small cars (or ample space for a single car). Enclosed garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, cafes and pubs 1 min walk.
Please note that access into Brown Fold is narrow and is unsuitable for any vehicles wider than a transit van.

The parking was very easy and the cottage is amazing, so comfy and relaxing, this was our third stay here.The village is very quaint and has some amazing places to eat and drink.

Another great stay in this lovely cottage, just minutes from the centre of Grassington and its shops and amenities and yet peaceful and quiet. Well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room, powerful shower, supremely comfortable matresses. Huge advantage of a parking space - not always the case in Grassington - and a lovely little enclosed patch of grass for enjoying the outdoors. Beautiful oak furniture - made by the family who own a local business - is a lovely addition.

Super location, right in the heart of Grassington and in easy walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Place was immaculate, with all the amenities you would need on hand.

We have stayed at this property mostly around Springtime where the temperature is fine however things were slightly different in the winter.The lounge door in the cottage does not shut properly and due to the high winds at the weekend the lounge was cold and draughty.I also feel that the kitchen area could be furnished with the following items: Food Weighing scales, more cooking utensils, bread bin.At the moment there are three large pots however it would be useful to have different sizes for making sauces, porridge and even boiling eggs or just smaller for two guests.A couple of casserole dishes would be beneficial for making dishes and also some scourers where the dishwasher has not removed the stains/ food.
