Budget friendly hotel, we had a very good stay.

The location is near to the highway, there is near supermarket, many places to visit are easily accessible. Keyless entry is new to me and functioned very well. Very good for the price, i recommend this hotel. We stayed for 3 days.

Affordable, and comfortable for a longer stay

Great value for money. The accomodation was very clean, and spacious. The shower pressure was great! Location is very easy accessing the town centre, groceries, and public transport. Kitchen had all the items needed for basic meal preparation, although some oil and salt/pepper would have been great. No noise from the road, though could hear neighbouring houses and other guests, but nothing too disruptive. I stayed for 9 nights, and would definitely stay again.

You could smell other guests smoking - tobacco and other substances - in the hallway, though fortunately not in the room. The laundry facility required 1 fr coins, which was inconvenient.

Great budget option spoilt by all night party

Convenient and easy to check in, good value for money.

Sadly one of the building's residents (on the same floor) decided to have an all night party with loud music and rowdiness in the hallway. We managed to get some sleep but their music was still playing at 7am when we woke up and finally stopped at 8am!

Excellent value for money

Fantastic value for money, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, everything was new and spotlessly clean. 5/5 stars for the kitchen amenities, there were even coffee caps included! I liked the self check-in process. It's a bit far from Zurich, but there's a bus stop just around the corner.

Room number indications on doors/walls should be clearer, layout is a bit confusing. A bedside lamp would be nice.

Well located, in a quiet street. Room was clean and contained the essentials, including a coffee machine with a few capsules. Everything felt quite new and well looked after. A good option for shorter stays of 1-5 nights.

If travelling alone, a data connection is essential as the wi-fi signal can't be picked up at the front door (it can be reached at other locations outside the building). Luckily, there were two of us so we were able to get in OK.

The place is great value for money. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare a meal. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, we had a great time.

Frustrating stay with many issues

The apartment is well designed, and had we not had the issues mentioned in the negative section, we would have rated it highly. Although compact and basic, it has everything necessary for a short stay, including a small kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine, and a small dining table with chairs for two.

We stayed for three days and had major issues each evening. The first evening we had no hot water. This was not fully restored until late the next morning. The second evening we could not get in via the phone key, and had difficulty connecting with the property manager (phone calls were not going through). We did eventually receive instructions for a back up key code to enter the building, and further instructions for creating a key card to enter the room. It would have been tremendously helpful to have received this backup information ahead of our stay, and we would recommend that they provide this ahead of time to all future guests, in the event the phone key does not work. (We see from previous reviews that some other guests have also had issues.) The third evening, once again, we had no hot water. In short, a very frustrating stay, and we did not find the property managers to be empathetic or very responsive during our stay. To their credit, however, on our return home, after our persistence in explaining and reiterating all the problems we had experienced, they did provide us with a full refund of our booking price.

Due to the information discrepancy between the hotel and booking.com, I paid extra to have a private bathroom which I‘ve booked. I had no alternative as the hotel informed me the share bathroom in the last minute. It would charge me 7 nights and cancel my booking if I don’t pay extra.

Das Appartement hatte zwar eher den Charme einer Lagerhalle, das Mobilar war nicht besonders hochwertig, aber alles war in einem guten neuwertigen Zustand und auch sehr sauber. Die kleine Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns unser Frühstück selbst zubereiten konnten. Der Raum war ausreichend groß.

Bei unserer Ankunft war ein großer Heizkörper sehr warm (heiß) die Zimmertemperatur im Raum war entsprechend. Es gab keine Möglichkeit den Heizkörper zu regulieren. Auf meine Whatsapp Anfrage erhielt ich die Antwort, dass jeweils 2 Zimmer von einem Thermostat geregelt werden und für unser Zimmer sich dieses im anderen Zimmern befände !!! Man würde einen Mitarbeiter schicken, der den Heizkörper einstellt. Wir hatten einen Termin und konnten nicht warten. Bei unserer Rückkehr in der Nacht war der Heizkörper komplett aus !!! Das könnte im Winter mit der Zeit unangenehm werden. Vor allem, da es im Bad keinen anderer Heizkörper gab :-( Das geht gar nicht 2. Für die Hauptbeleuchtung gab es nur im Eingangsbereich einen Lichtschalter ... man musste also wieder zum Eingang um das Licht auszuschalten. 3. Der Lichtschalter im Bad befand sich am Ende des Bades am Waschbecken und nicht im Eingangsbereich. Nachts brauchte man eigentlich eine Taschenlampe um den Schalter im Bad zu finden.

Der Boden war klebrig die Dusche war durch den Duschvorhang noch kleiner da er immer hineinhing und das Wasser spritzte trotzdem hinaus das Bett war ungemütlich die Bettdecke war zu klein und ungemütlich wenn man in der Unterkunft ankommt, braucht man Netz um die Tür außen zu öffnen, das Wlan funktioniert nur im Zimmer, wenn man also aus dem Ausland anreist und kein Schweizer Netz hat kommt man nicht hinein!
