Location was very good within a quite area but with an easy walk to the promenade and shops.
Property had a garden and parking area, was clean and very modern and comfortable furnishings and facilities, with all the equipment you need for a stay. Lots of info provided on places of interest in Orkney.
The cleaning fee of £150. which was included in the booking was in my opinion a bit excessive at, particularly when guests were asked to empty bins, strip all beds and leave linen and used towels etc in the bathroom before they left.
This was the only downside.

Good kitchen facilities. Very clean. New bathroom. Comfy beds. Quiet heat exchange unit. We only knew it was there because we saw it on back wall.
