I wasn’t impressed with this property one bit.. kitchen ceiling had multiple leaks and the house smelt of something bad.

Nothing . The pic made the house look nicer than it was

Everything! There was a leak on arrival and the house smelt. The beds were uncomfortable with thin duvets.

As the property will sleep 4 person and the cost was cheap otherwise i would have scored it lower.

Location to our job was good

Property was not very clean and we couldnt find any towels, so had to buy some, the lounge would struggle to seat comfortably 4 adults and the sofa was not great, we also struggled to control the heating as it was either on full or off

Clean property but no heating or hot water

It was clean

No heating and no hot water. It was a cold night i had children. They sent instructions on how to turn heating which i followed. When I let them know it still wasn't coming on they stopped responding. In the morning I had to have a cold shower and my children couldn't shower as they were starting to get ill after a cold night.

Moved 3 times and no accommadation provided, had to travel back to London. Took my money, no refund

Avoid at all costs. Moved me before check in as i was travelling then told when i arrived that fully booked. moved me three times to locations also fully booked. Had to sleep in my car. no response, no refund.

It was a house

This is the worse property I have ever booked. The property is not what is represented. We were extremely scared. The property was not clean we could not cook or eat in the property and were very itchy!

Close to the City and football ground

Some of the neighbours property were a bit of a mess. Not the best view from the back window
