Location. Aircon was a life saver in this heat! Apartment was well presented and had all the facilities you require. We are a family of 2 adults 2 kids. Apartment on 2nd floor so the lift was great to have. Checkin instructions was easy.
Shower tray needs a redesign as it leaks over and you need to use matt to stop water. Pillows were not the best. Sofa beds were ok to sleep on but I didn't realise the apartment came with only one private bedroom. My fault.

Location. Close to old city.
Shower overflowed excessively and needs to be properly sorted. Air conditioning only in lounge area so bedroom very hot. Parking expensive in city with no designated space for apartment. Not all beds made up. Balcony very small.
