Il fatto di essere in un condominio con giardino ci ha consentito di interagire con qualche bambino che giocava, ma niente paura, la casa è comunque silenziosa e tranquilla . È sicuramente una ottima base di partenza per la visita a piedi , perché vicina a tutti i luoghi di interesse; a pochi minuti, inoltre, vi sono tutti i servizi: supermercati (tra cui lidl) e il tram. La casa è dotata di buoni servizi di base, oltre alla lavatrice e alla lavastoviglie . Una piccola chicca che denota la cura, le piante presenti in casa erano tutte vere!

In effetti la vasca con doccia è un po' scomoda perché un po' piccola causa dell' ingombro della caldaia, evidentemente e' l' unico posto dove possa essere sistemata.

Location is walking distance to sightseeing attractions. Elevator in building takes you to room three stories above the street. Shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water.

The Shower is in a wetroom which flooded after showers and did not drain. We had to stand in water to shave, brush teeth or any time we needed to use the sink. The water will be there until the next day. There is no window or ventilation so towels stay damp. The wetroom glass door does not open or close without lifting it which is difficult to do. First time in shower I was almost trapped in shower because I could not slide it open. The deadbolt lock on door does not work. We were concerned about safety because it is a number lock on door which could be opened by someone who knows the number. Entrance to building is in a sketchy ally.

Квартира маленька, разом з тим достатньо затишна, внутрішній дворик створює атмосферу затишку! Розташування прекрасне в самому центрі Братислави.
