La posizione era centralissima e il personale veramente gentile. Struttura pulita e davvero confortevole, check in semplice e chiaro seguendo le istruzioni dei proprietari, che si sono dimostrati veramente disponibili nei nostri confronti.

Fin och sval lägenhet på nedre botten. Utsikt mot innergård. Läget är väldigt bra i Gamla stan nere vid floden. Snabba svar från personalen om man undrade över något.
Tvättmaskinen centrifugerade inte så kläderna var väldigt blöt.

It was at a perfect location, close to attractions, bus stops and tram stops!
The floor was dirty and the toilet area was smelling bad.. the person responsible to manage my complaint was more than willing to help and send someone to clean the floor on our third day of stay but there was no difference.. the floor was still dirty and it was as if none had been in to clean. Scent for the smelly toilet wasn’t available.. The flat was in the basement and the lift started from the ground floor. It wasn’t possible for it to go down and we struggled taking our baby’s pusher and luggages up and down all those stairs..
