Best City Location 2-Bedroom Apartment

The host was very kind and helpful, the apartment was perfect location, and was very spacious and clean, we will definitely be booking again!

Unclear delineation of the lock boxes to pick up the key, maybe put letters or numbers on the boxes, there was no yellow label as described, nor was it clear how to access the box once the code was entered, the button above was very easily missed when you're standing on the cold and tired. The beds were not made up for our arrival to suit our family, just the double bed was made for myself and my teenage daughter and we had to cobble together bedding from the cupboards that had loads of undressed duvets and pillows but not enough sheets and slips etc. No place to unpack clothes (all drawers and cupboards full of pillows, duvets and other odd bits) in the entire apartment. The kitchen looks great but strangely no microwave or oven wear to reheat anything. These are all simple fixes though and it didn't detract from the stay that much and the city is a favourite of ours.
