Super location. Close to restaurants and cafes. Also very near the Danube and pick up points for tours. Comfortable bed.
Walking upstairs to room, at night, lights didn't work on stairs. No dining table. Sofa is very worn, not like in photos. Not easy to find entrance door once inside corridor. No signs.

We really loved our trip. Excellent location. Very clean. Host was lovely and gave us some great local suggestions.
It took us a tiny bit of time to find (the key collection was at the travel agent (on the mezzanine floor)) which we wernt expecting. But it wasnt a massive issue. The blinds let the light in so we were awake early and the aircon unit was loud and we turned it off in the end. This wasn't awful when went (May) but might be more problematic in very hot weather.

The proximity to cafes, bars, restaurants and public transportation was great.
It was incredibly noisy, we were not aware there is a nightclub downstairs on one side, and a restaurant on the other. This coupled with loud conversations and partying until the early hours makes it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. We could also hear the noise from the adjoining apartments and in particular the toilets alas they make quite a loud noise when flushed.
