Abbiamo passato una piacevole vacanza. La casa è confortevole e dotata di tutti gli accessori. La casa dista 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico ma è servita da tram e filobus che permettono di raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le zone della città, andare/venire dall'aeroporto, raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria per una gita fuori porta. Nel quartiere sono presenti diversi locali dove mangiare e bere a prezzi contenuti, supermarket ed altro.
Il wc ha spazi ristretti.

Posizione molto comoda a due passi dal centro.
La casa è in un seminterrato ed è molto umida. Al nostro arrivo c'era una forte puzza di umido che con l'aiuto del deumidificatore presente in casa si è attenuata. Essendo molto umida non la consiglierei a chi a bambini piccoli come me.
