Modern and has a fantanstic location walking distance to Nivy and Eurovea. In the contrast of other reviews, I find the apartment clean. I like the feel of the fabric used in their duvet covers. Staff are quick to reply. The instruction on how to check-in and find keys are easy to understand.

There is no proper A/C unit. First 2 nights we slept on the floor because it was so hot. The floor was tje only cool space. We did open the standalone units but we did not know it was not readily set-up we made a mistake of leaving the exhaust inside making the room double the temperature. It was 36 degree C with big glass windows making it feel like a greenhouse. Eventually the owner explained that there are two standalone units. It did help with the warmth but the other one is too noisy while the taller one, you have to have to empty the basin every hour otherwise it will flood. We woke up flooded one morning, had to dry and "mop" the floor. Our bags were wet. The following night we did not sleep well anxious of the container overflowing again and having to dry the area again. Had to get up every hour or so to empty. It's inconvenient. The rest are ok.

Ми жили в сучасному кварталі, поруч Billa. Не далеко автовокзал. До старого міста також не далеко. Дитина спала на другому поверсі, для неї це був рай. Загалом теплі і світлі апартаменти. Найнижча ціна в тій окрузі. Але ж податок і додаткові зборах, це чимала сума, будьте готові. В цілому нам все сподобалось, рекомендуємо!

1.Хотіли трохи перенести виселення на 1 годинку, але ця послуга коштує 20 Євро. Хоча попередньо отримувала повідомлення,що ці апартаменти будуть вільними наступних пару днів. 2.На другому поверсі краще спати дорослій дитині, бо є не закрита ділянка, де легко спасти вниз. 3.Кавомашина є, а капсул на час перебування дуже мало.
