Large and clean appartment

Very clean and close to the city centre. All the need supplies in the kitchen and bathroom so that was really nice.

Parking is challenging in the area, be prepared for a bit of a walk or hefty parking fees nearby.

A excellent location for the good price

The location is excellent and easy for access to many places! The apartment decorated simply and cozy. We stayed only one night! We didn’t sleep much but chat in the comfortable living room. We all love it!

Prijzig appartement, vooral na alle mankementen dat we ter plaatste vaststelden

Appartement is dicht bij het centrum gelegen, ook is er een ondergrondse parkeergarage dichtbij. We mochten onze bagage al vroeger in het appartement plaatsen, zo moesten we niet meer extra tot aan de parking gaan.

TV werkte niet. Iemand ter plaatse gekomen die na 5 minuten terug wegging met de mededeling dat het hem niet lukte en we dus geen TV hadden. Koffiemachine werkte niet. Licht van badkamermeubel werkte niet. Nachtlampje in slaapkamer werkte niet. Geen ontvangstbewijs bij betalen van de toeristenbelasting.

Amplio apartamento muy cerca del Castillo de los Condes y del Centro

Amplio apartamento, cerca del centro, se puede ir caminando a todas partes. El Check in es mediante una consigna donde está la llave con un código que te facilitan para entrar a partir de las 15h. Hay supermercado muy cerca. Preguntamos al anfitrión consejo sobre parquing en la zona y fue muy amable al recomendarnos varias alternativas. Elegimos el Parking Tolhuis que sólo cuesta 9€ al día y está a 8 minutos andando del alojamiento.

Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Uno de los dormitorios es un cuarto sin ventilación en frente del salón, sin puerta, solo una especie de biombos. No tiene aire acondicionado, si ventiladores. Hay que hacer pequeños arreglos (bombilla baño, campana extractora…) .

Casa agradable pero con ácaros

El alojamiento era muy bonito, estaba bastante céntrico y tenia un salon muy acogedor. Ademas es un puntazo que te dejaran la cuenta de netflix. La cocina bien equipada

Hay un cuarto que es un poco zulo…no tiene ventana y unas puertas estilo biombo que no llegan a cerrar. Ademas yo no se si la casa debia tener acaros o algo por el estilo, porque desde que te sentabas en el sofá te empezaba a picar todo el cuerpo como si tuvieras bichos, pero luego no los veias. En la cama lo mismo, un monton de picazon que en cuanto te levantabas se iba…no se, no me habia pasado nunca pero algun microorganismo deberia de haber ahí

Ruim appartement dichtbij

De locatie van het appartement was zeer gunstig, op korte afstand van het centrum van Gent. Op slechts vijf minuten lopen bevindt zich een parkeergarage waar je voor slechts tien euro per dag kunt parkeren – dat vonden wij erg voordelig. De kamers waren ruim, het huis was schoon, er was een grote woonkamer en de keuken was voorzien van alle benodigde kookgerei.

Wat ons een beetje tegenviel, was de keukenapparatuur. De oven werkte niet optimaal en de afzuigkap functioneerde slecht en was behoorlijk verouderd. Daarnaast had de douche geen douchegordijn, waardoor de hele badkamer nat werd als je staand douchte. We moesten daarom in bad zitten om te kunnen douchen.

Lichtknop in de wc zit met plakband vast , dat is onhygiënisch en oogt gevaarlijk. Zit geen frame omheen

Séjour correct

Le check-in était à 15h mais nous avons pu récupérer les clés plus tôt suite à échange par mail. L'appartement est bien localisé (très proche du centre, et à proximité directe d'une station de tram). A proximité directe de restaurants. l'espace cuisine paraissait bien équipé mais on s'en est pas servi.

Une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre et ferme par des portes battantes type saloon ajourées, donc peu d'intimité. En fait il s'agit d'un simple aménagement d'un coin de l'espace séjour (2 cloisons en placo+portes battantes). Appartement propre même si pas mal de poussiere sous les lits Un rideau de douche serait un plus et éviterait de mettre de l'eau partout. Quelques prises électriques sont entourées de scotch! Une notice expliquant comment utiliser la TV et la box associée aurait été un plus

Apartamento cuidado y bien situado

Si, el alojamiento está cuidado y muy bien situado. Las camas eran cómodas y el apartamento estaba limpio. Me habría gustado contar con toallas claras y una cortina para la ducha, a veces se hacía complicado ducharse y mojábamos todo… el apartamento era luminoso en el salón pero las habitaciones eran un poco oscuras, apenas había luz. Un detalle como café o agua de bienvenida, habría está bien.

Se hizo muy complicado hablar con el apartamento por el chat de Booking. Al llegar nos atendieron sin problema pero porque coincidió que estaban allí limpiando. Y por lo demás, lo dicho todo bien. Pero la luz y la mampara del baño mejorables.

Super emplacement pour visiter Gand. Centre ville à moins de 5 minutes à pied et parking très proche. Seul regret l'absence de contact autre que par mail / booking avec l'hôte. L'immeuble entier est visiblement un RB&B

El departamento está perfectamente ubicado y es super espacioso. Eramos 4 amigos y había lugar de sobra. Anne fue muy amable, permitiendonos dejar las valijas con anterioridad del check in. Altamente recomendable; la hemos pasado de perlangas

heel vriendelijke host, ok verblijf maar net wat minder dan obv de reviews verwacht

De locatie was absoluut perfect, en ondanks vrij centrale ligging was het vrij rustig in het appartement. Op zich was alles ook zoals op de foto's. Het appartement was heel schoon. En doordat het zo donker was (minpunt) was het wel goed om te slapen...De host was supervriendelijk en er was iets af te spreken ivm gewijzigde incheckuren, wat heel fijn was.

Het is een heel donker appartement (op zich hadden we dat ook ahv de foto's kunnen afleiden). Eea was wel wat meer verouderd dan gedacht(oude kastjes, licht in de badkamer werkte niet boven de wasbak (onhandig om onszelf "op te maken" ), geen vaatwas. En helaas was het tweepersoonsbed heel klein en de matras voor ons niet ok (niet verouderd of zo). De prijs was dan toch nog van die aard dat we net wat meer verwacht hadden, ook owv de heel lovende reviews. Maar op zich absoluut een voldoende goed verblijf gehad...
