La ubicación. Estaba muy cerca de la Plaza de España y el Parque de María Luisa, y bien comunicado con el centro de Sevilla, y en una calle aledaña había muchos restaurantes y cafeterías.
Las fotos del apartamento no representan el estado del mismo: - Las paredes con gotelé estaban deterioradas y sucias. - El mueble del baño estaba deteriorado también y la tapa del inodoro se caía todo el rato. - En la habitación principal: algunas de las láminas exteriores estaban rotas, las almohadas eran pequeñas y la cama era incómoda... y el cubre-cama estaba sucio. Y cuando vas a un apartamento, esperas que haya café, y lo básico para cocinar: aceite y sal. Pues nada de eso.
