Lokalizacja świetna. Do placu Espana niecałe 15 min. piechotą. Do ścisłego centrum też blisko, można też dojechać tramwajem. Spokojna uliczka a wszędzie blisko. Również przystanek pociągu Bernardo ok 10 min pieszo. Mieszkanko ładne, dwie sypialnie, w jednej łóżko piętrowe, w drugiej duże 2-osobowe. Nie słychać sąsiadów, to duży plus. W zasadzie wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia dobrego czasu, łącznie z pralką. Po prostu dobrze się tu czuliśmy.
Jakieś pomniejsze rzeczy o których nawet nie warto pisać.

La ducha está rota ( no se puede colgar el duchon) Sofá lleno de suciedad Muebles de la cocina q no cierran las puertas Mesillas con lamparas, pero sin enchufe Mesa comedor descascarillada La puerta de la calle abre fatal Limpieza general muy justa.
