I liked the location,I felt safe in the Area.The staff were so nice. She answered every question and recommend some options,though I never met her personally. The Apartment were clean with a simple and elegant decoration. The rooftop is an icing on the cake.

The lift didn’t function and it’s hard with our luggage to bring up and down. The pool is not ready when we booked. They don’t have a microwave.

Location: Great location! Very close to the Real Alcázar (just an 8-minute walk). The main entrance is a charming old Spanish casona, and having a restaurant/bar right below the hotel was very convenient for a quick meal (there was a little noise, but we didn't mind it). The room itself was lovely and included a coffee and tea station. The bathroom was modern, with hot and cold water and a hairdryer.

Service & Stay Experience: We stayed for 2 nights (Saturday to Monday). However, towel changes only occur every three days, so we didn't receive fresh towels during our stay. There was no room service, and our cushion covers were dirty. Since housekeeping wasn't available on Sunday, no one was able to change them, so I had to place them on the floor. Communication: All communication was handled via the Booking.com app—we didn't see any staff during our two days there. That said, their messaging was always quick and clear.

It was in a beautiful part of the Old Town. It had a balcony. It was nicely furnished. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We were able to leave our bags in the lobby before and after check in.

felt really impersonal - room clean , basic and comfortable but remotes for air con and tv ( not a real issue as did not need ) did not work .
