Location was excellent (easy to get everywhere).
Only downside is that there is a very late night, loud gathering in the courtyard outside of this apartment building, way into the wee hours of the morning (3 or 4am). Wish that wasn't the case.

The location of this apartment is excellent; it is within walking distance of most major attractions in beautiful Seville and situated in a pretty little square in old town.
The apartment is very small for 2 persons; in particular, the second bedroom is down a very steep stairs and no toilet/shower downstairs. It was quite cold in January and it was necessary to leave heating on for several hours. There are other apartments, that represent better value in city centre. The electronic key system didn't work, so had to use the code.
