Apartment 2/4 people, brand new, modern, comfortable design. With community POOL, (June 1 to September 30), ELEVATOR, AIR CONDITIONING, (hot / cold).

Central. Cozy space, 2 bedrooms, one with two beds of 90 and one with a bed of 135; and 2 bathrooms. American kitchen, fully equipped. Private use patio. My accommodation is ideal for couples, families, and business trips.
It is an ideal place to spend unforgettable days in one of the most charming cities in the world. American kitchen, fully equipped, large appliances, (washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, electric thermos and solar energy, smoke extraction and ventilation ..,) small appliances, (toaster, juice squeezer, nespresso coffee machine). With welcome kit you will find basic products (coffee capsules, tea, other infusions, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, etc.), complete utensils. Living room, very bright, has a full dining room, (director's chairs and additional folding chairs), television (Smart TV), WIFFI. (50 Mb) Patio, privative, fresh and pleasant, with a sofa and two armchairs, to rest outdoors after the day. Bathrooms: it has two bathrooms, one included in the master bedroom, with elegant finishes, well lit, fully equipped, with bathtub and shower. First qualities, natural wood floor.
In some common areas of the building there are security cameras.

Teresa was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information re apartment and places to visit. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool was very welcoming although could do with a bit of an update. The location was very quiet and very close to the main sightseeing areas. Restaurants and cafes were plentiful. Overall a great place to stay

The condo was wonderful. Located a short walk to the Cathedral and many restaurants and parks, it was ideal for those without a car. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with amenities like coffee, some beverages and cleaning products. The host Teresa met us at the condo and made us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Teresa’s property. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsive to all my inquiries. Despite English being her second language, her communication skills were excellent, making the booking process seamless. Moreover, she was flexible with check-in arrangements, which was greatly appreciated. For a hassle-free and enjoyable experience, I highly recommend staying at this property located at walking distance of all main attractions.

Good location across from Avenue Menendez. Bright, quiet ground level corner of modern building. Hosts were attentive, helpful, good communicators
and greeted us. Not exactly spacious but well designed. Nicely appointed kitchen and good bedding. Well organized information binder. We would happily stay there again for a short stay.
