Selecta Apart ideal y facil parking en la calle

The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet at night, has comfortable beds, two bathrooms, air conditioning and the washing machine is very handy. Communication with the owner was easy and they were responsive to messages. The apartment was handy to the university biology campus, where my husband had a conference. Seville can be very expensive , and the price was reasonable for the apartment.

Some maintenance issues were evident. The rubbish bin had not been emptied from the previous people staying, one of the towels provided had a big hole in it and two sinks , one in the kitchen and one bathroom sink, did not properly drain. I believe upon reporting these small issues to the owners that these issues will be resolved. The apartment is around fifteen minutes drive to the Centre of the City.It was handy for us for where my husband needed to be each day, but be aware that you are not particularly centrally located. This does however , contribute to it being very quiet. The second bedroom has a single bed only, small for our adult son travelling with us but adequate. It's located next to the main bedroom so be great for a child.

Que pagábamos el aire y hacia frío

Fantastisk dejlig lejlighed med højt til loftet, smagfuldt indrettet og virkelig fin og ren stand. Dejligt roligt område og fine busforbindelser ind mod byen, hvor man også sagtens kan gå fx gennem den fine Maria Luisa park.

Dobbeltsengen var for hård til vores smag - og metalstellet knirkede lidt når man vendte sig. Der kunne godt have været en karklud og et viskestykke - og måske lidt olie og krydderier. Men det købte vi så.

Apartament był komfortowy i nowocześnie urządzony.

Nie było możliwości otwarcia drzwi wejściowych. Można było wejść tylko za pośrednictwem windy.
