This property was rented for four female friends for part of a retreat. The listing is in accurate as it does not Mention the number of stairs required to access the property; Which is 81. A number of items were faulty and did not work. The coffee pot did not work. The upstairs shower flooded every time you turn it on and soaked the rest of the bathroom. By the way, they give each person no matter the number of days, they are staying one set of towels. With a leaky shower, these towels are necessary to mop up the mess. Also, you’re expected to only use one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. There is no back up for any of these items nor is it listed in the posting that you are required to supply them so yourself . Had to been listed we would’ve gladly brought them. When I politely messaged them about the coffee maker not working I was told to send a video to an email address that did not provide it. The response was literally a bunch of dots. They did eventually supply an email address. Although how do I send a video of nothing happening?! The pictures represent this listing as somewhat of a mid century, modern aesthetic. That is not at all the case. The furniture is rundown and very minimal to say the least. Point in fact, the skylight in the upstairs bedroom across from the bathroom, actually leaked and soaked the bed in that bedroom. We reached out to the host on two different platforms and have yet to receive a response.

The apartment has an excellent location. It is large, spacious and well equipped. only unfortunately the elevator did not work, there was no soap or shampoo and no possibility for parking. The upper rooms have low ceilings and slightly uncomfortable beds. Otherwise everything is fine and certainly excellent for a visit to Florence

Bit disappointed that pictures of the accommodation on booking did not correspond with reality. Many things were broken in the apartment, electric socket was barely glued to the wall with the office tape.. and many other things like this.

This flat has everything you need and all in a convenient location. We appreciated the washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms and full kitchen. Niccolo was super helpful and available.

Andrea is an amazing host! he gave us personal recommendations, was extremely friendly, easy to communicate with. The apartment was just like the pictures and perfect for us! I cannot over exaggerate how welcomed we felt by the host, the entire experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone!
