Luxury holiday suite with a private swimming pool - in a unique historical building which provides an airy, spacious and luxurious accomodation
This exclusive holiday suite is located in the heart of the historical Old Town of Rethymno. It is
situated in a picturesque and quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It is 200meters from the Fortezza Castle and the archaeological museum, 250 meters from the supermarket and all shopping stores, 150 meters from all restaurants for all tastes and preferences and 800 meters from the local sandy beach.
The suite has a private swimming pool (3 x 4 meters), sunbeds, umbrellas, garden furniture and an outdoor grill. (Towels for the swimming pool and the beach are provided). The Villa has a stonewall built around the outdoor area therefore it is suitable for younger children.
The holiday suite occupies the ground floor of the Casa Vitae Villas complex and can accommodate four guests. It has two bedrooms with double beds (1.60 wide), a TV with satellite and wi-fi and with two en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is in an open plan area with the living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped for four people with an oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and all needed utensils. The living room also has a TV with satelite TV and internet.
The beach is about 800 meters away. The town center with its restaurants,supermarkets and museums is approximately 200 meters away.
Please note that the property can be reached by foot only, since it is located in the historical Old Town of Rethymno which is a pedestrian area, although many parking spaces are available at a 8 minute walk from the property.
