It was not made clear in the description that the apartment is on the first floor and does not have a hot tub or any outside space. Top floor and bottom floor do.

I loved the location of the property and the facilities if they had worked .It is a peaceful location just off the Main Street - very convenient to explore the old town and the beach is about 15 min walk . The front area has a dining area overlooking a courtyard and other buildings . The back has hot tub and Bistro set . Sun-loungers would be a nice added bonus. The kitchen has oven / fridge and kettle . A toaster would be useful and tea towels .

The property looked tired and not particularly clean there were missing utensils . The jacuzzi bath didn’t work . The washing machine sounded like it needed attention and the drier didn’t work . Whilst there were these issues the staff were always helpful . Not sure what happened with cleaning they came on our second day when we were in bed and then didn’t return during our 10 night stay .I feel this could be an amazing apartment if they refreshed the furniture and made sure that all the appliances worked . Whilst you get fruit and cakes on arrival a booklet with instructions for the appliances would be more helpful . The hotel itself has a lovely little pool and sitting out area .

Nice comfortable and big apartment located at the centre of the old town. It has a small court with a Jacuzzi. Kitchen is available and also washing machine.

We had some issues with the cleaning, but the staff was very reactive. In fact when arriving there were still some broken glasses on the floor. We complained and so it was cleaned. Note that the apartment is not cleaned every day.

Substantial breakfast, excellent location within old city

Some instructions for operating the hot tub and the cooker would have been useful. We got them working after receiving advice from the hotel.
