They were SUPER responsive!! Tried to help with everything they could! For example, letting us leave the bags in the room at the second the people before us left and before cleaning. The cleaning ladies were so nice. The room was on the first floor which was convenient, very clear instructions of how to get the key from the safe box. The room was clean and a great size with a coffee machine and fridge. (Mini kitchen was great with everything needed) Washing machine with some supplies to do a wash! Really, everything needed was there. They were the best. Highly recommended!!

It is perfect if you are travelling and spending a short time in Athens as it’s right by the main station. It’s a close walk to all other main sights
Monastiraki itself isn’t my favourite - it’s a bit too chaotic for me. The apartment didn’t my a drying rack for clothes

Self check-in makes it easy and flexible. we arrived late due to a delayed flight. the instructions are clear and we got in without issues.
