Die Unterkunft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Perfekt gelegen, sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem, und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen unglaublich gut. Konstantinos ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und hat sogar Wasser, ein paar Cracker und Kekse bereitgestellt. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The lock box at the property was clearly identifiable, the code was supplied in time, and explanations were clear. While the stairs leading to the property were typical for an older building, the apartment itself was modern and beautifully remodelled to high standards. It looks like in the pictures; it feels even better thanks to the high ceiling and openness of the entire room. Big bed with a comfortable mattress and clean, hotel-quality linens. Big sofa, comfortable and well-positioned for a rest and to watch the big flat smart TV. Full kitchen, new appliances, refrigerator with freezer, water and ice thoughtfully provided. Small appliances are new, Nespresso machine with enough capsules for morning and afternoon coffee. Welcome small sweets and a box of crackers added to the feeling we are appreciated guests at a local host rather than paying visitors to a hotel. Communication with host was prompt and cordial. Received relevant recommendations for restaurants, cafes, rooftop bars and places to visit. The Monasteraki area is lively, with a wide variety of any type of food and /or experienses you may want in Athens. We walked around the area late at night and felt safe. The apartment is literally across from the station and within walking distance of the historical Acropolis and many more places to visit in Athens. Wish we had a few more days, but looking forward to returning and enjoying the city again soon

Amazing room and the shower bathroom was very big.

The entrance to the building was very dirty and dark! Very little lighting and would be quite fearful during the night.

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, and the owner put a lot of thought into decorating it. There were plenty of drinks and snacks, as well as a large refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, kitchen and cooking utensils, washing machine, and lots of hangers. The entire apartment was bright and comfortable. The remote-controlled curtains could completely block out the light, and the large bed with a perfect balance of firmness and softness made for a very comfortable night's sleep. It was only 190 meters from the station, making it extremely convenient to get around, with almost everything within walking distance.
