The apartment was very spacious and clean. Great location not far from the train station, restaurants, shops and other historic sites like Acropolis and Roman Agora of Athens, yet was very quiet due to being on a side street. Breakfast was very nice.

Wi-Fi kept disconnecting.

Central, easy to find, easy instructions and good communications.

AC/ Heating not working, and we have an electricity issue; however, it was sorted within the day.

It was close to the shopping and markets. The breakfast and service that was included at the Brunchers Cafe across the road was good.

The outside balcony was looking onto builders rubble and there were cigarette butts in the outside ashtray. On the second day of our stay the hot water system that was located above the toilet started leaking, dripping on our heads when seated on the toilet. We reported it immediately, however no one came to inspect. We stayed out all day but on our return later that day, it was worse, we rang and demanded someone come and look at the problem, they seemed reluctant to do this. A cleaning lady arrived to check it out. We were given a smaller room in another apartment building, including 3 flights of stairs, they did assist us with the first move, this meant packing up etc, they were telling us to hurry all the time and rushed us then to the new place. The water heater was fixed late the following day and we asked to move back as we were paying for an apartment not a small room for 6 days. They were very slow initially to take us seriously and the attitude towards us was second rate. The girl in the front office handling the complaint sneered at us on one occasion as if it we were overreacting, but hey who wants to sit on a toilet with a towel on your head. They were unprofessional and although they re do our apartment so we could move back, but there were no apologies.
