About this apartment rental
A modern and brand new 55 sq. meter studio located just a few meters from the most central and lively square of Athens and its metro station. Fast Internet, hot-tub and all kind of amenities that you may need! Best restaurants and bars all around the house and in a reach of a few minutes walking from the most important archaeological sites of Athens. Cant find a better place to stay while in Athens for vacation or work!

It was very nice. Big bright room. Nice bathroom. It had things you’d need. It was missing the stopper for the tub son we had trouble using it. There’s really not enough hot water to enjoy the tub anyway. Further, there was terrible construction noise starting at 7 am in an adjacent apartment. Loud sawing and banging. These are things that can be fixed. I’d stay here again.

Good location relative to Monastiraki square, the neighborhood looks intimidating because of all the graffiti, but we had no issues and if you walk down to the end of the street, there is a nice square with a lot of restaurants. Only downside to the apartment is no view and no balcony to relax - neither were in the listing, but we enjoy a break during the day and still like to be outside people watching. Good overall value for the money and good communication with the property owner.

The location was perfect and close to everything. It was quiet and spacious. Check in and communication with host was easy.
