The HostMaster Urban Cityscape Escape

Location is unbeatable, in the heart of city center yet quiet. Instructions are very clear. Host is so responsive that no matter when I send a message, I always get a reply within a few minutes. It's much appreciated! Room is spacious and nicely decorated. High quality bedding. Wifi works great. Really nice that there's water in the fridge when we arrived. There are just a few things to be aware. You need to push a button and wait for 20 minutes for hot water. And you need to push the button again for another person to take shower. The shower space doesn't have a door, so water splashes outside. But it seems to be the common design in Greece. The place is best for two people sharing a bed as the sofa bed is a trundle. Also, the security light above the closet cannot be turned off and is quite bright at night. It shines on the sofa bed. So bring eye masks if you want total darkness. None of these things bother us too much though. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you visit Athens!

Loved the apartments’ location and the big lovely veranda (rare for Athens)!! Also it is really really quiet, helps you rest and recharge.

We did not like the entrance of the building, looks old and a bit scary if you enter at night time. Also hand towels and racks needed for kitchen and bathroom spaces.

Die Lage ist topp, direkt am Monastiraki Platz in einer Seitenstraße. Da die Wohnung zum Hof ausgerichtet ist, ist es für die Gegend ziemlich leise in der Wohnung.< Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet und hat eine überraschend sorgfältig eingerichtete Küche, sogar verschiedene Gewürze waren vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Innenhof, der zwar keinen Ausblick bietet, aber sehr angenehm ist.

Der Einging ins Haus ist wie bei den meisten Wohnungen in Griechenland eher "rustikal". Einmal in der Wohnung angekommen ist alles prima. In der Wohnung war sehr trockene Luft. Vielleicht sollte man die Klimaanlage noch einmal nachjustieren. Wir haben uns beholfen, indem wir die Fenster möglichst oft offen hatten.

אם יהיה מכונת כביסה אז יהיה עוד יותר מושלם לשהיות ארוכות :) מעלית ובניין קצת ישנים.. אבל לא כלכך מפריע, התמורה מצויינת!
