Studio cosy tout équipé 30m2

Overall lay out of apartment was nice, location was close to tram, walkable to trains, buses etc. minutes from the downtown area. Having a balcony was a plus. it was hot with no AC, but I made do with a provided fan. I booked 5 nights, but the first night was booked in error so initially I had asked to book an extra night, however- after observing the below things- I decided I did not want to stay an extra night so I left. I wouldn't stay again.

- toilet had long strands of hair and obvious spots from not being cleaned before I arrived. - no flat sheets available. I used a duvet cover from the closet. it's 90F in Nice, and no AC- no one needs a duvet. - bath towels ALL smelled sour, musty, unclean, dirty. I smelled all 5 or 6 towel, both on display to use and from the closet. Not one was clean. I did not use them. spoke to host, they agreed to brining me new ones- but our times kept clashing with being out for activities so I did not get new towels. the other host told me they were clean just not to my standard. I thought 'clean' was a general standard. - host was not open to feedback, and I offered him to sniff the towels upon my check out, he declined. - host also told me I can't expect the same standard in an apartment that I'd get in a hotel because hotels are twice as much. that was a shock to hear. - glasses with food and finger prints on them. - don't know how much control the host have over these issues but the hall way carpets are dirty with stains and there was garbage and dog poop outside the building entrance most mornings I went out.

Very clean and spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. Well connected to trams, trains and buses into the city centre and along the coast too.
