Suggest to install a mosquito net on the balcony especially in Summer time, it will helps a lot.

J'ai pu récupérer les clés très facilement malgré un retard de mon coté, l'hôte a été très disponible à mon arrivée ! La terrasse et la disposition de l'appartement était très bien, plus grande que la plupart des appartements du centre ville dans des gammes de prix similaires!
Le ménage et plus particulièrement les poussières pourrait être un peu plus poussé! L'heure du check out est quand même assez tot (10h).

The apartment is very cosy, clean , nice interior, has good facilities. The kitchen is nice and complete, has all materials + coffee machine ;) loved the balcony. Distance to tram station is 10 many by walk, which you can reach Nice old ville within 10 mnt. Overall we’re very happy with the apartment.
The sound proof isn’t very good, you can hear the neighbours steps for example, but it didn’t really bother us.

Good property in a quite safe area close to train station where you can reach Monaco, Cannes. Close vicinity to cafe, supermarkets and restaurants . Host welcomed us at desired time and arrange a decent check in experience . Rather prosperous 1st floor apartment with spacious living room/shared kitchen
Apartment lacks aircon, needs better cleaning (over, balkony area) been not cleaned prior check in, no kitchen towers been available, limited number of towels, bathroom sink has issue and needs to be cleaned. Wifi password had a mistype that been though quickly solved
