Decent enough but didn't make us feel cozy or warm. Didn't pass the vibe check!

We liked the fact that the breakfasts were home made - but they weren't that good! The short walk to the beach was fine, as expected. Check in and check out were easy. Parking was easy.

It's clear that the hotel hasn't been updated or tended to in a long time. It looks neglected. Although things are kept clean, it needs major upgrades to make it appealing and bring it up to tourism expectations. The breakfast, though included and home made, wasn't the best. We were on the main floor in an apartment and it was musty smelling. Our door was a sliding glass door with one lock. We only saw a few other people staying there, so it looks underbooked. Nobody used the pool in the three days we were there. The hotel is currently for sale.

Very good 3 star property. The room was spacious very clean and well presented. The bathroom was clean with good fixtures and fittings-much better than any other 3 star hotel that I have been to.

Not much other than the staff

Initially we were on bottom floor very dark room that smelled like mildew. We complained and were moved to top floor much better but the smoke detector chirped all night. Very poor value.

Somewhat disappointing.

The breakfast was actually quite acceptable, cooked up fresh every morning and enough to go around. It was also nice to be in a quiet part of town, relatively speaking, which made it easy to sleep.

I had the overall sense of a facility being allowed to decline. It seems like the original design intention was fairly good, but far too many features are "broken" with no apparent intention of repair.

We enjoyed our week long stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed the daily home cooked breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to request room cleaning and towels as needed and the young women at the office was very helpful by booking a tour for us and investigating other options for us to drive ourselves to locations and get a tour on site. The security person also called her one day to assist us when we failed to confirm a driver pick up to go to get our rental car. They were able to solve the issue with only a minor delay for us.

Overall good value for the price and a pleasant place to spend the weekend.

Rosa in the office was very helpful and we appreciated her direction re: access to the beach nearby and reserving a taxi. Breakfast was very good and we were happy that it was included in the price. It was our first time in Hopkins and we didn't realize how far we were from town, but came to appreciate the quiet at night and the good restaurants nearby. We did walk into town and got the flavor of downtown Hopkins and enjoyed what local businesses had to offer.

Our first floor room had a faint odor of mustiness when we first arrived, but that seemed to dissipate quickly when we left the door open for a few minutes and used the fan rather than the aircon.

We wouldn't stay again - place is rundown

This place is OK - the room was actually great - large and a huge bathroom. We were the only ones staying there, so we had the pool to ourselves.

We had emailed them weeks earlier about an early departure and asking for breakfast to go. This seemed to be a problem, so we offered to cook our own breakfast, meaning we got up at 5am to do so. Also, the rest of the place is run down. Not that clean - broken microwave sitting around, very dirty rooftop terrace with old cigarette butts everywhere. Also, it is NOT on the waterfront. You have to walk through another resort to get to the beach and then use their loungers. Kind of awkward. The receptionist acted like everything was a burden. We wouldn't stay again. Maybe if it was half the price!

The staff was fantastic. Christine, Tyler and Georgia are by far the most polite, accommodating and helpful persons I have interfaced with in years. Fantastic team who makes the trip absolutely memorable. The facility is also very clean, central and the rooms are really nice. Excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip in a few months.

Rustig en luxueus

Fietsen zijn gratis te leen dus dat is erg fijn om je richting het centrum te begeven (slechts 4 fietsen beschikbaar dus niet altijd vermoedelijk). Het ontbijt is heel erg lekker en ook rekening gehouden met glutenvrij elke dag dus dat was superfijn! De kamer (jaguar) is groot en voldoende koel en donker, er staat ook een koelkastje (handig). Het strand is vlakbij, je krijgt strandhanddoeken en het naburige hotel (belizean Dreams resort) heeft een fijne bar en goede strandstoelen waar je lekker kan chillen.

Het zwembad zag er niet echt aanlokkelijk uit, maar de zee is erg dichtbij dus dat was prima. Ter info: Taxi/vervoer in hopkins is redelijk prijzig omdat het een kleiner dorp is.

Strandnah. Schöner Strand. Sehr sauber. Zimmer groß. Frühstück am ersten Tag war fantastisch.

Frühstück am zweiten Tag hat etwas nach Reste essen gewirkt, hat aber geschmeckt. Lage zum Dorf Hopkins etwas weit.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war toll und wurde im familiären Rahmen zubereitet. Pool war gut. Kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Nur ein Stuhl, um auf der Veranda zu sitzen.
