Great lodgings close to the water in a friendly town!

This is a great place to stay in Hopkins! We booked their family room/house that is not attached to the main facility in addition to one of the private rooms and one of the shared spaces (to accommodate our large party). It was very comfortable! Junior checked us in and helped with anything we need. He was super kind and friendly and was happy to help answer any questions we had or arrange any tours. He gave us a short introduction to Hopkins and some restaurant recommendations. This is not the resort-y area of Hopkins. Junior said the resorts were a little further down the street and heading south we could find them, but if we wanted to get to know the town, head north. We opted to explore to the north. Hopkins might be one of the friendliest towns we have visited!

Clean and welcoming place to enjoy Hopkins! The small kitchen provides a fridge and some cutlery. Outside you have plenty of space to enjoy and sit & relax If you need any assistance, Junior is more than happy to support!

Disappointed.. The trash problem.

The location was good. Check in was very good. ( we arrived early).

I was very disappointed in the filthy streets and yards. The adjacent beaches as well as all the beach areas that we experienced are cluttered with litter everywhere. Garbage collection and or disposal seems to be a major problem.

Very nice place for budget-conscious family in Hopkins

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were fine - kind enough. Location was spectacular in that it's across the street from the beach, which we went to twice in our few days there. The common area was comfortable, clean. The room had everything we needed - very nice to have a coffee maker, small fridge, silverware and plates!

Like everything in Hopkins, it was pricey. But at least less pricey than most.

Nice stay

Nice location. Easy to walk to coffee and restaurants. Staff were very helpful with reservations for activities and transportation. We used Happy Go Lucky for a guided reef snorkeling trip.

I wish I could have stayed longer

All Seasons was my favorite stay. Junior was incredibly nice and gracious. The facility was not only clean and comfortable, but warm and welcoming. The location wasn't far from anything (although, to be fair, nothing seemed far in Hopkins), and the beach area was across the street.

Really Nice!

The staff was very friendly and easy to reach. They helped us with requests such as a taxi and activities to do. The Free Bike was also very convenient. We had a room with a shared kitchen and bathroom, which we really liked. The rooms were a bit small, But we didnt mind, as we had extra space in the ‘kitchen’, +it was very clean. Also, the beach and most restaurants are really closeby.

Lovely and clean location with great amenitie and outdoor facilities. Walkable to the ocean.

Considering this was a very last-minute booking, I was so pleasantly surprised with the location, amenities, and cleanliness of the property! Situated a block away from the coast and directly on the main road, I was able to use the FREE bikes to traverse the entire city of Hopkins. The bikes and outdoor seating areas made the location perfect.

This is not a property with an ocean or sea view unless you are in (what looked like) 1 room in the entire stay. While the property is VERY accessible to the ocean, I could not see the ocean unless I exited my room and squinted through a few buildings on the beachline. This was not a problem as the walk took all of 1.5 minutes to get to water, but I do believe many of the rooms falsely advertise the ocean view.

The property was very quaint and good value for the money. I like that it was more Belizean style rather than American. Inside the room it had everything I was looking for to accommodate my aunts I was traveling with. Important to me was cleanliness, comfort, Air conditioner, WiFi, refrigerator and microwave. Also easy accessible to restaurants close by.

The railings seemed to need a little upgrade with some paint but considering being so close to the beach I could understand. My only complaint inside the room was the toilet seat in the bathroom. The seat was too thin and the seat lid would not stay up. But that’s an easy fix I mentioned to Julian on my way out.

This is a nice accommodation with small but comfortable bedroom, great kitchen, lovely outdoor common areas to relax, free bicycle use and friendly staff and host. Clean, good A/C and lovely, spacious shared bathroom.

I think it is a bit over-priced compared with other accommodations I stayed at in Belize, and is a pretty long walk from the center. Bicycle solves that issue, though.

Stay away

I didn't stay there. The night person communicated with me via the Bookings.com instant messenger and told me that the room has a shared bathroom and shower. He said if I didn't want to come, he'd cancel the reservation. I asked for it to be canceled. He didn't. But I got a different hotel. So, no, I'm not impressed with the place.

Perfect stay and true cultural experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that bicycles were available. Our room was clean and stocked and had a beautiful courtyard. The location was perfect and close to everything. Can basically walk to everything. Would definitely stay again.

For a 7night stay we felt there should have been more worktop space to make a sandwich etc . No bowls for cereal, no can opener, corkscrew opener. Just a few extras for making a weeks stay better.

It was such a cute little place. We loved the landscaping and courtyard area with seating and hammock etc Our room was small, but it had everything we needed. Appreciated the mini fridge and kitchenette area so much! The bathroom was nice, too. It was excellent having bikes to get around and have the beach right across the street.

staff has a lot of attitude. My request for a missing blanket at 9pm went unanswered and my surprise the next morning got the response “we already work 12hour shift 7am-7pm. you had from your check-in at 5pm until 7pm to raise any concerns” (we didn’t realize the problem until after we returned in the evening. It’s hotel, not an office. internet was really weak.
