We loved the location - so near to the beach. The kitchen was lovely and new and well equipped. The cottage felt spacious and had been cleaned well.
The double bed in the main bedroom definitely needs replacing as the mattress is saggy and lumpy - not good for back pain! The only other comment would be that the cream carpet downstairs is quite badly marked - thus is not surprising for such a light coloured carpet in a holiday rental!

The floors were uneven which was difficult with older guests

Lounge carpet and rug were dirty and stained
Door on log burner very stiff to close
Bathroom needs some shelves
