The house was warm, clean and fresh when we arrived. Everything needed was provided and instructions were clear and useful. Nice welcomepack too. The location was excellent, with dedicated parking for two cars which is very useful in this popular town esp at weekends.
Only had one small problem when bath plug wouldn't release to drain. Both owner contact numbers went unanswered when we sought advice. As we finally solved it ourselves after a few hours it wasnt a big deal but had it been heating or water and no contact possible it would have been.

Great location in centre of village. Really comfortable cottage. Well equiped kitchen facilities for self-catering.

Good location - superficially a nice house but look below the surface - not great.

The bedding/towels were clean
When we arrived the central heating was broken - and they knew - it had happened the week before
It was fixed quickly, which was good but it broke down again two days later
The mattresses/pillows were very uncomfortable and thin
The cleaning was very superficial and some shoddy workmanship ie broken hand rail on the stairs. With a little attention it could be a great holiday let.
