Seabreeze apartment was a little gem . It's Part of the garden house cottage. Very cosy. Really warm. Great facilities. Comfy bed. Plenty of wardrobe space. Good view. Easy access to beach . Great spot everything in walking distance. Bonus! Your own parking place. And dog friendly. Will be back sometime soon

Close to main street for cafes and restaurants and a two minute walk to the beach. Communication with the host was extremely efficient. Appreciated the flexibility with check in and out.

We stayed in the Garden House for 2 nights to celebrate a birthday.
The location was fantastic, tucked away but in the centre of Alnmouth and so close to the beach. The house was perfect for 6 people with great social spaces. Unfortunately the weather in Jan meant we didn't use the garden but it would have been a lovely extra space when warmer.
Our hosts were fantastic, they checked we arrived safely, leaving little treats for our arrival, gave great directions and extended our check out time.
Parking on site was a bonus, we could use the drive and had a space outside.
Everything was perfect, we would highly recommend this for families or friends.

Good size living area and bedroom. Bathroom and kitchenette were clean.
The flat had a fairly modern feel and was well laid out.
Milk and tea and coffee were provided.
Carpet was dirty and the sofa, stained.
Shower had only a very small gap to enter and exit. This meant scraping my skin on the way in and out.
Velux windows have no tool to open or close and are quite out of reach.
The ice box in the fridge doesn’t appear to keep items frozen.
We found dirty crockery, cutlery and glassware. There were only two drinking glasses. All other glasses were for alcohol.
Original high chair provided was dirty. The straps were caked in food from previous uses. This was corrected on contact with owners.
The cot was not built and the mattress on the cot was thin and hard. No towel for the child was provided.
Bed was very soft.
