The location was perfect. The flat itself was perfect the furnishings were beautiful and modern and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Finding snacks, milk and bread on hand was a great touch. The shower room was lush with plenty toiletries available for our use. Parking was free and plentiful. Places to eat and drink were plentiful and really close by.
Very small gripe was that the first flight of stairs did not have a handrail but that apart it was perfect

So pleased with this property, it was great decor and beds etc. The host is so thoughtful & kind to leave a little hamper too. Will book again when back in Dumfries :)
Nothing, ok parking out the back it looks a bit grubby outside like others said, but there’s always parking available & the inside is gorgeous so don’t be put off.

Clean . Had everything you needed even milk bread and butter

Heating wasn't working properly, took hours to get someone to contact me and then it was to advise that temperature on thermostat should be turned up high. Eventually heating kicked in but think there is a timer on boiler that meant heating was on as going to bed but off in the morning and couldn't get it to come on when you got out of bed. Very disappointed as we had stayed here before and had been extremely happy with the flat.
