It did the job - we had a bed to sleep in, but it wasn't a highlight.

Good communication about how/where to get into the property. The keys were easy to find.

Apartment is too small for a couple with 4 suitcases. Soap dispensers empty. No milk in the fridge. Very tight entrance and parking. One single towel dry bar - in the shower - no place to dry towels after a shower except hanging it over chairs in the room. Swimmingpool looked like it was dedicated to this flat but it turned out to be a pool shared between about 50+ units.

Location is on a very busy road. Noisy train line Street closed to ongoing building works. Impersonal check-in Apartment was very dark View was a concrete wall and only bright/view spot had a mature tree blocking.

Thank you Ann, your unit is lovely, some students just need to be more considerate.

The apartment is lovely, it was neat and tidy and clean and has all the facilities you need to be comfortable. Security pleasant and friendly. Ann the host is professional and super helpful. The check-in and retrieval of keys so simple. A beautiful communal pool area, be prepared to share it with the students.

Once the building work for the One is complete (it is within a hundred meters or so of the Den), it will be much better. But the main road to the apartment block was closed (due to the building work), which made it difficult to arrange Ubers who had to use an alternative entrance. Some students living in the apartment were inconsiderate hosting a party til the early hours of the morning.

Ann was lovely to work with. She had excellent communication and was considerate.

There were a lot of mosquitoes which is common in January. A suggestion is to provide a mosquito mat which can be plugged in, eg Peaceful Sleep.

modern setup and good security guards

smelled like someone had fried meat in the apartment just before we arrived and the sheets on the bed were dirty and had dried blood stains. the fan had thick dirt on the back of it and the TV was inoperable.
