Promises, lying, bad service, one sleepless night without a room fit for receiving guests…. Never again.
After exchanging some messages, where I warn I would be late, the owner told me it would be no problem, as the key would be out in a little safe. Room number 5 would be ready for us. So upon arriving I went to get the key out of the box and headed to room number 5, as agreed and booked.But the door wouldn’t open. I looked at the keychain: it said 3. Ok. Keys must have been swapped. Head to room 3. Room was ready for one person. So I send a message. The next day a reaction: “sorry. Room 5 has water issues. I’ll give u more clothes for the bed” I got the clothes and a small bottle of some drink as compensation… So basically it got acknowledged not only they already knew it wasn’t room 5 anymore, they also failed to prepare room 3 for 2 people. Furthermore, promised to let a 6 pack of beer as a compensation, didn’t happened and after came some excuses about a vending machine that doesn’t work anymore so they couldn’t get the beer. Promises, lying, bad service, one sleepless night without a room fit for receiving guests…. Never again. I did left my tourist tax money on top of the table upon leaving. I do stick to my promises.

Sehr kompliziert zu erreichen.Nordhang.Täglicher sehr unangenehmer, schwer definierbarer Lärm im Stock über uns bis nach Mitternacht.Never again!!!

Còmode, nét i acollidor
L'apartament estava molt nét i era còmode. Té l'imprescindible per cuinar. Disposa d'una màquina dispensadora a la part comuna de l'entrada amb begudes i alguns snacks que s'agraeix, ja què l'apartament queda enretirat de botigues i supermercats i és necessari cotxe. Hi havia una màquina de cafè i una mica de cafè, infusions i sucre. Un petit balcó amb una tauleta i dues cadires en un entorn molt agradable. Es pot aparcar fàcilment.
Sense cotxe queda una mica enretirat de botigues i a uns 6 kms del centre. Sense cotxe necessites caminar uns 10-15 Min i agafar un autobús fins al centre de Baden Baden.

Einfach perfekt!
Einfach alles - es war sehr sauber, sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Parkplatz ist direkt da. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich!! Insgesamt hat es uns extrem gefallen, wir sind einfach begeistert.

Katastrophal
Gar nicht
Einfach zum Vergessen… Alles war schlecht. Der Check-in war erst ab 17 Uhr möglich – viel zu spät! Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe. Das Gebäude liegt am Rand eines Dorfes, auf einem Berg, wo kein Bus hinfährt. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Meine Frau musste mit dem Kinderwagen 20 Minuten über steile und unebene Wege laufen, nur um zur nächsten Bushaltestelle zu kommen. Die Sauberkeit war buchstäblich nicht vorhanden – im Wasserkocher fanden wir Haare und weiße Rückstände. Die Kissen und Bettwäsche waren aus Samt, völlig ungeeignet für den Sommer oder warme Tage. Es handelt sich definitiv nicht um ein Ferienhaus. Fast alle Gäste waren Bauarbeiter, die ihre schmutzigen Schuhe im Flur stehen ließen und den ganzen Tag draußen vor dem Eingang saßen, Bier tranken, rauchten und uns mit unfreundlichen Blicken begegneten. Ohne Übertreibung: Das war die schlimmste Erfahrung, die wir je in einer Unterkunft gemacht haben.
