Fantástico apartamento nuevo en Benidorm al lado de la playa con vistas al mar, con todo lo necesario para larga estancia. Urbanización con piscina y gimnasio. Muy recomendable.
La zona común de piscina climatizada un poco caótica , días con mucha gente ( Semana Santa) con poca vigilancia ( sin socorrista o responsable) para cumplir normas de comportamiento básicas con niños.
La sauna no funcionó durante los 7 días que estuvimos alojados. Una lástima ya que solemos usarla.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning sea view. The instructions for using the parking and the apartment are clear, but it’s worth taking a moment to read them before arrival so you know what to expect. For example, when entering the parking area you need to stop with your wheel on the yellow line inside the rectangle at the entrance; otherwise the gate will not open.
I would also like to thank the hosts, especially Julieta, who was very helpful during and after our stay.

La ubicación y las vistas.
Se ve que el complejo entero tiene problemas muy serios de olores a desagüe. Cuando llegamos al apartamento NO se podía aguantar del olor tremendo a desagüe. Se ve que el apartamento estuvo cerrado varios días antes.
Se agradecería una ventilación previa del apartamento antes de que lleguen los inquilinos.

Sport facilities, heated pool and jacuzzi, the view, close to the beach.
There was an awful smell in the smaller bathroom we couldn’t get rid of. Probably because the apartment was empty for some time.
