Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom Beach Nest with garden

Steps down to entrance extremely steep and narrow with broken railing.Access to bath virtually impossible.

Very well equipped, clean and comfy.

Very steep and narrow steps down to the front door made it very difficult for my elderly dog but we got him up and down with support.

Location, cleanliness

Furnishing, bedsheet, sofa cover, pillows and cases needs change.

The apartment was very spacious and was located a stones throw from the sea, which was really great. There was free on street parking, which was hugely convenient. The water pressure in the 2nd bathroom shower was outstanding 👍

The place appeared clean, until closer inspection. The oven was filthy. When it heated up and I opened the door, the smoke set off the smoke alarm. There was renovations going on next door so the patio outside was full of builders dust and chunks of concrete. I swept the outside thoroughly because I was concerned my son might hurt himself. The windows inside were dusty but outside was filthy. I ended up cleaning them because i couldn't stand to look at them. The 2nd bedroom has a large hole in the bathroom wall. The walls throughout the apartment have scuff marks. Its such a pity because the location was great and it was really spacious, but these things have put me off from renting there again.
