Location, Access and Security.
Cleanliness could have been better. It was obvious the floors had been cleaned but other areas were missed. Towels were stained.

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung im 5.stock mit wunderbaren Weitblick/ Meerblick. Sehr sauber, Das Haus inkl Bewohner sehr ruhig und angenehm-man fühlt sich sehr wohl.
Die Wohnung liegt ja gegen die Strasse und dadurch kann es sehr laut sein-vorallem abends/nachts wegen die Partygänger.

Key kept sticking in door, kitchen blind wouldn’t pull with its string had to do it by hand,£150 deposit still haven’t got back I have stayed in nicer/cheaper places in Tenerife
