Parque Santiago II Two Bedrooms with Amazing Views

We were really impressed by this apartment in Parque Santiago 2. The apartment was in pristine condition when we arrived. It was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed. We had a superb view of the pool from our balcony. The location is fabulous, in the centre of Las Américas, and with everything outside the apartment complex. There is a nice shop with all the essentials at the entrance of the complex. Check in was very easy. We received a message from the host and the process was very straight forward when we arrived. Overall we found that the value was great for what we paid for!

We were happy with everything, the only thing that may not suit people is that this is a top floor apartment, although we preferred this because we had a great view of the pool.

The location and facilities were very good

The description of how to find the appartment was a little confusing with a Lot of info of how to find it , could have been explained in a shorter way , we spent atleast 15 mins walking around looking for it between 3 people

Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Bins were dirty in each room. No toilet roll in bathrooms- I mean that is fairly basic!

Apartment is located in good touristic area and as it is listed in the description it has really good views on the pool and ocean. The size was enough for our family (4 people) there is no air conditioner, however it was still comfortable to stay inside (august)

1) When we arrived apartment was really dirty, the issue was reported to the host and he has arranged the cleaning next day, but first impression was extremely negative due to this. 2) There is no dishwasher, we were really missing it and small fridge. I would recommend the host to place bigger fridge under the stairs and add dishwasher. 3) not related to the apartment directly but please note that there are some difficulties with the parking, because area is very popular.
