It was in a excellent area, very clean and spacious and the staff was really laidback

Decent location, quieter at night but not too far a walk to the main part of Las Americas. Amazing view from the balcony, and quite clean. There is a pool and bar on the property which you can use, there is also an excursion office (beside pool bar) with lovely staff who will keep bags for €5 each after checkout if required. Overall pretty good apartment for a couple days and I would stay here again.

the view from the balcony was amazing, there was no to much noise, especially since it's in the center. The appartament is big.
the dishwasher, washing machine and vacuum cleaner were not working. the floor was cracked in some places with a risk of injury. the furniture was old and worn. the linen was stained with something brown. there were some kind of small ants all over the house, we had to seal all the food. we even had a lizard in the house. the staff did not speak English well
