Spacious & Centrally-Located Apartment

Me and 6 others stayed here for 4 nights and I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s perfect location, not too close to the loud area but still close enough to walk to everything. There is a supermarket (SuperDino) a 1 minute walk away along with bars, pubs, chemists and restaurants close by. The host was very nice and friendly and even recommended places for us to go during our stay. The ground floor balcony only has 2 chairs so would be better if they could have some fold up chairs so everyone can sit outside as it’s a lovely area looking over the pool. Every room is very clean and seems freshly painted/decorated, bright and modern. There is free WiFi available and a smart tv that works very well in the front room. There’s a large bathroom downstairs (the picture shows a large bath/jacuzzi) but it only has a shower in there now (the upstairs has a bath). The house does include a lot of stairs so probably wouldn’t be ideal for young children/older people. Theres a bathroom on the bottom floor, main floor includes front room then up more stairs is the kitchen and dining room. 1st floor is the double bedroom then the 2nd floor has the 2 other bedrooms and bathroom, so from top to bottom has 4 flights of stairs, luckily that wasn’t a problem for our group. The host also sends video instructions on how to get the key and the direction to the apartment which really helped as it is a very large residential complex.

The only negative things I can say is it accommodates 7 (3 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed) but there is very little cutlery/crockery. Also, you only get 1 towel each, no hand towel, no floor towel (there are bath mats) and also no tea towels for drying up. It would also be helpful to get 2 sets of keys as you need the key to enter the apartment and gate for the complex every time. There is air con in all rooms but it unfortunately didn’t make our room any cooler. I’m sure after seeing this the host will improvise as they were so helpful and friendly.

Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, labs baseins, sakopta teritorija. Tīri nenolietoti dvieļi. Televīzija, tikai televizors varēja būt krietni lielāks.

Nebija pietiekami daudz trauku un citu virtuves piederumu, terases durvīm vajag remontu.

1. Kitchen - no equipment at all ,missing microwave ,kettle is smelly , no dishwasher, no glasses for wine 2. Toilets - the bottom one ,super short faucet, once activated makes a terrible noise, the ceramics is not in a good condition. Looks dirty and once taking a shower - feels uncomfortable and safe to get in and out. The towels were cleaned but, with stains . 3. Not enough electrical sockets , not comfortable beds. The sheets do not smell well.
