The apartment owner was a really nice and available person.
The apartment itself for the price was worth the money.
Nice position if u like english marcions, otherwise if you like to do a nature trip it isnt that good.
Quiet neighbours.
The house was a little bit dirty, if not cleaned very well roaches can show up :)
The balcony structure is old and the structure is falling down, so be careful.

Casa grande, limpia y cómoda. Muy cerca de todo dentro de Playa de las Américas. La anfitriona nos dejó salir un poco más tarde de lo habitual en el check out
Instalaciones del complejo de apartamento pésimas, sin nada de mantenimiento se fue más de 12 horas la luz sin nadie venir arreglarlo. Mucho ruido de noche por las discotecas que están cerca
