Two bedrooms apartment in Parque Santiago 2

-Alles vorhanden, was man braucht -geräumig auf 2 Stöcken mit 2 Schlafzimmern -zentral gelegen, diverse Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars in wenigen Schritten entfernt -viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten -nah vom Strand -Empfang durch Darius sehr herzlich -sauber -Wetter war herrlich

-der nächste Strand (playa de las americas) war für Kinder nicht so geeignet aufgrund der vielen Felsen, bis zu den Stränden el camison und las vistas benötigt man zu Fuss 10-15 mins. -dass die Liegen am Pool kostenpflichtig sind, fand ich ungewohnt, des weiteren ist einiges verboten: kein Ballspiel, kein ins Wasser springen und als ich kurz für 5 mins. Essen & Getränke im Appartement geholt habe, wurde ich zurechtgewiesen, dass ich die Kinder nicht alleine lassen darf. Sind zu dritt und können alle hervorragend schwimmen. Für mich zu viele Regeln. -Die Wohnung ist gut, einfach schon etwas älter, aber gut in Stand gehalten.

The location was absolutely fantastic 👌 couldn't ask for more of a central location in Playa De Las Americas, breath taking views of mount Teide from the balcony in the morning if you are an early riser and beat the clouds. It's a view worth getting up early for. The apartment had everything needed and a few refreshments like tea and coffee for your arrival prior to going shopping. For the cost of the accommodation, it was more than affordable and reasonable for what was on offer. Our agent was very helpful, although she was over an hour late to meet us to let us in. The agent was very helpful in answering any questions we had.

On arrival in the south of Tenerife, we tried to contact the number provided multiple times with no answer or reply. We arrived at 3.00pm which was 2 hours prior to our check in at 5.00pm so we decided to contact the number to let them know we were in the area, after trying 3 times in 2 hours we still had no response creating a little unrest between the 4 children and my partner as we were unsure if we had accommodation that evening, about 5.30pm the agent contacted us to let us know she will be about another hour and asked why didn't we call when we were at the airport? I explained that we tried calling 3-4 times since 3.00pm. This was ignored by the agent and she explained she was on the way about 6.30pm, we began making our way to the apartment, once we were given a key and instructions we felt a lot more settled. We were asked for a security deposit, which was fine, but when we went to the balcony the sliding shade door was off its rollers and the sofa bed pull out was not attached to the rest of the couch. As its very bright in the morning we fixed the rolling doors ourselves and the sofa bed. This I imagine want any fault of the property renters, I imagine it wasn't mentioned by the last tenants that said or broke it and the toaster did not work but apart from a few hick ups everything was perfect.
