Location was great.
First breakfast there is a very good and cheap cafe bar called Bad Bobs right next to the entrance of apartment block.
It was warm in the room and no air conditioning or fans.
But this was a minor thing for me.

Heel veel last gehad van de uitgaande jongeren in de nacht.
