Renovated Villa in Las Americas Sea Coast

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, a special thanks to Moira, the property manager. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming during check-in. She explained everything I needed to know about the house, gave me all the necessary information, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. The house itself is a true hidden gem. It's located in a peaceful residential neighborhood of beautiful villas, far away from traffic and noise, making it the perfect place to relax. At the same time, the beach is only a short walk away, so you get the best of both worlds. One of my favorite spots was the terrace. Surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants, it creates such a calming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The terrace is also furnished with incredibly comfortable outdoor sofas, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply unwind after a day at the beach.

Good value, great location and everything worked as it should. More homely than other apartments we’ve stayed in before. The addition of the pool is great.

A little noisy at night but only if you had the doors open / sat outside. There is a fan which provides more than enough temperate control.
