New Modern Apartment close to the Beach

No air con, fans provided and a ceiling fan but found it warm overnight especially. It feels like it back onto a bar or club as you can hear the low thud of bass music during the late/early hours. I purchased some ear plug and then it was fine.

The apartment was very modern and really clean. Had everything you needed. It was a 15 minute walk from the golden mile. Staff were so helpful with everything.

Great location and facilities. Host available when needed with any questions. Site was lovely and clean.

I received clear instructions + video on how to access the residential complex and also codes to be used to enter to the property. that was really helpful in the first days when the codes can easily be forgotten. Everything was nice, comfy and Alex, the administrator was very helpful giving us advices on what to see, where to eat and so on. Also a very big plus for the big parking on 1 min walking. It was the only accomodation where i stayed and i cant concern about everything: location very good, the property exactly as it is in pictures, very clean, we had everything we wanted to have a very pleasant stay in Tenerife. If we will come back in Tenerife for sure here it will be the first option to stay again.
