The apartment is a decent size and is conveniently located within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and holiday attractions. It is also reasonably well equipped with cooking, eating, washing and cleaning facilities

The apartment building is situated alongside a constantly busy main road. Road noise (and flashing lights) is unnoticeable in the lounge and on the balcony but it is most certainly uncomfortable in both bedrooms which although are fitted with double glazing could likely benefit from from extra glazing and simple black out blinds or curtains There is also a degree of noise, often in the early hours, from reveling holidaymakers but this for information only and should even be expected in a lively resort It is disappointing that the apartment is not air conditioned. There is a free standing air conditioning unit in the lounge but this is insufficient to service the entire apartment and is not very portable as it requires venting. Unfortunately throughout our stay the venting pipe was disconnected at the wall and we had to improvise by placing (and continually adjusting) the single sofa cushion on the floor to support it in position We discovered, mid holiday, that the TV (somewhat dated) does not appear to work? However, the WiFi works fine and we could download movies to our laptops The bathroom is dark, not just requiring bulbs but the light fitment is broken The apartment could benefit with a couple of lamps in the bedrooms and lounge and the kitchen needs an air-fryer? These remarks are intended to be constructive as it it clear that with minimal investment this apartment would certainly be a worthy choice

We know the location and have stayed in this complex before. Mark met us and show us around and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had modern fittings. Nice and roomy.

There was a little noise from the main road. There are a lot of steps so not good for people with walking problems.

The view from the apartment was lovely looking down to the pool area and you could sea a bit of the ocean.

The apartment pictures made it look good ,was very disappointed with the apartment, didn't say the bedrooms were above a busy pub and a very busy main road, would not stay here again ,lady who cleaned apartment on arrival was lovely and the man who looked after the apartment for the owner.place needs new stuff ,sofa bed didn't work ,oven didnt work two men came to try and fix whatever they did it blew the lights when switched on told them we wouldn't use and just to leave till we had left ,washing machine was broken, noisiest kettle i have ever used ,microwave on its way out ,t.v had seen better days ,couch was needing a good clean or recovered,spare bed in balcony if you wanted to lay outside had horrible water marks around it ,shower was rusty inside,toilet leaked all over the floor had to use towels to dry up and try hand wash them to use as the washing machine was broken,only appliance that worked properly was the air con machine.
