Patio Canario * Beach Escape / 2 rooms, 2 terraces & pool

Location is close enough to many beaches,the apartment had anything needed and even more. Cozy, clean and amazing host.

How comfortable and clean it was. Owner has great communication. Had all the facilities we needed.

Nothing - it was all good for us

First of all, Matteo (the owner) was really friendly all the time, he checked with us to make sure everything was in order, he recommended places to eat and visit and he was available all the time if we had issues. The place itself is really cozy and nice; everything was clean, we had all the necessary conditions. The rooms were nice and the two ACs definitely came in handy.

The entire region has some issues with cockroaches. As far as I understood, the complex carries out pest control activities quite often, so that's a good thing. We had a few encounters with really small cockroaches, but some of them were almost dead (because of the pest control, which indicated it was effective). No big ones in the apartment, as we've seen on some streets - indicating the pest control is effective and the apartment is clean. Although, I would not recommend leaving food unattended. That being said, I cannot give a lower rating, since the roaches problem is not something with the apartment itself.
